Last Thursday, fashion’s glitterati came out in full force for the Gay Men’s Health Crisis’ Fashion Forward event. Brad Goreski and our girl crush for like forever, Tracee Ellis Ross emceed the event which brought out a plethora of fashion insiders including: The Blonds, androgynous model Andrej Pejic, Bryanboy, and Julie Macklowe–who was honored with the inaugural Style Vault Award.
GMHC is the nations oldest HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care services provider and the event featured a runway show with men’s and women’s looks from: Chris Benz, Thom Browne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Sally LaPointe, Zang Toi, Timo Weiland and VPL along with archival looks from Jean Paul Gaultier. Along with the runway show was a luxury auction in which (get ready to gag) a 10 year old in an Alexander McQueen scarf won a 7-night holiday stay in Brazil.
Yeah, when we were 10 a 7-day holiday included watching Snick all day/ night and drinking Capri suns. Times have def changed.
